Excellent research is the central part of our program (see PhD projects). In addition, we provide a structured PhD curriculum that supports the research. The majority of the courses are chosen specifically by the student in a way that best suit their needs and interests. All courses are in English. The duration of a PhD in the CBD program is fixed at four years (eight semesters). The PhD thesis of our students is typically based on first-authored, peer-reviewed publications resulting from their research project.
